Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
Understanding basic parameters of collision repair as well as insurance programs (DRP and non-DRP).
Reviewing damaged vehicles with customers and insurance adjusters, writing accurate estimates, taking required photos for insurance submission and electronic filing, negotiating initial and supplemental repairs with insurance company.
Managing multiple repairs simultaneously.
Work with technicians to complete a thorough estimate.
Create accurate estimates that detail repair and labor costs.
Communicating frequently with technicians and parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work.
Other Requirements:
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Knowledge of car parts and the ability to identify them by location.
Knowledge of collision repair process including knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements.
Detail-oriented and organized.
2+ year’s experience with CCC estimating.
I-CAR Experience is recommended.
