Royal Plaza Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia is hiring Nursing Assistants in Training! The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides basic care to residents and helps carry out daily tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
An NA will work towards a Certified Nursing Assistant certification to advance skills in critical tasks of resident well-being and care.

*Qualifications & Skills*
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
*Responsibilities & Duties*
* Documents activities of daily living (ADLs), resident personal cares, and device use on flow sheets or task sheets as directed.
* Documents restorative services provided following facility policies and procedures.
* Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
* Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas.
* Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
