Resident Care Manager LPN *Assisted Living*

We are looking for a professional LPN to join our Clinical Team! The ideal candidate will possess a desire to help residents achieve their highest possible quality of life, and will demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth and professional development.
This person must be a people-person with a lot of empathy, initiative and excellent organizational skills Responsibilities: * Monitor medications, respond to emergencies and crises, and engage in health promotion activities.
* Round on resident as needed * Contact providers to report change in condition and update orders.
* Present a friendly and supportive demeanor to residents and family members.
* Supervise care staff Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $33.
